   These have made taking powdered supplements so much easier! It’s faster and cleaner than trying to make capsules, and no risk of choking on powder from toss and wash.

   Japanese ovulate discs are very helpful. Just started today and these make powder go down perfectly!! Tapioca is what is in them. Work great!! Thx ED!!!
